Packaging

Colour
Rose Tutu appears a warm, rose-tinted soft pink in the tube, but it actually applies more neutral to blue-toned on me - particularly on my lips where I have natural pigmentation and blue undertones. As it is slightly translucent, it may appear more warm or more blue depending on your skin tone. It is quite bright in colour, but not neon-bright so it is perfectly wearable for the day time.
Formula
Rouge Dior has an ultra smooth texture, which makes it extremely easy to apply with even coverage. It's also lightweight, so it feels very comfortable on the lips. It's not drying nor is it too creamy or emollient that it moves too much and goes out of place! It's just right. It's definitely one of my favourite lipstick formulas.

Coverage & Finish
Rose Tutu has medium, buildable coverage - not full opacity as it's slightly translucent. It has a satin/sheen finish.

Comparison Swatches
Rose Tutu is the brightest baby pink I have in my collection of soft, pale pinks. It's definitely appears more blue-toned compared to the others below - and is closest to Tom Ford Lip Color Shine in 'Quiver' (03), but the latter is slightly cooler toned.

Overall
I'm surprised and happy(!) to find that 'Rose Tutu' is unique in my collection. It's a pretty, flattering, every day colour and also suitable in pairing with a smokey eye in the evening. I think I need more baby pinks in my life. ;) Great formula.

Available now in Dior counters in Australia, but it is a limited edition.
